With drone skills work with capital fighters?

Do the drone support skills (Drone Interfacing, Navigation and Durability) work with fighter drones?

No they don't.

Fighters are not affected by drone skills at all. The only exceptions being the Fighters skill and the relevant Carrier skill. Your skill level in Fighters increases the damage done by your Fighters by 20% per level, while your Carrier skill dictates the number of fighters you can launch.

It is also worth noting that the Thanatos and Nyx receive a damage bonus to all fighters per level of the Gallente Carrier skill.

Hi, not entirely true. The fighters skill increase damage by 20% per level. It does not affect the number of fighters you may deploy.

It is worth noting that if you are training for a carrier you will want your drone support skills maxed out anyways because you will want (and have room for) flights of other drone types. Drone durability 5 is questionable but definately drone interfacing, nav, sharpshooting, combat drone op, specs to 4, heavy 5, sentry 5 etc, e-war op 4 etc.
